This group has formed with the purpose of building a specialist retirement community. They have been awarded a £5k start-up grant from Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority that they will be able to draw down once they officially incorporate.

Eastern Community Homes is currently working with the group to review their governance structure to ensure the CLT route is the best governance model to achieve their desired objectives.
