Waterbeach CLT was formally incorporated in January 2019 with the aim of providing affordable homes and community facilities for local people in perpetuity.

Eastern Community Homes is helping the group consider potential sites (possibly the Old Barracks at Waterbeach) and the type of homes to be built (including exploring modular buildings).
